Scope of work : District level government stakeholders liasoning as well as block level. Supported to Block Officer and Community health workers Overall responsible for quality implementation of programme in block & Village level. Lead the team of Community Nutrition worker and Provide Supportive supervision Develop Monthly , Quarterly and Annual work plan and ensure the implementation as per the plan Manage and supervised the project field team for smooth implementation as per plan  Participate in state and District level meetings & workshops and share the program updates with the Govt. Counterparts. Identify obstructions through regular field visits using checklists and finding solutions Planning and Conduction of training at block and village level. Ensuring implementation of field activities at block and village level. Liaising with media person for visibility of project at block and Community level. Planning and conduction of special Days Celebration as per the state and community culture. Facilitate the process of Community based activity through active involvement of government officials , NGOs etc. Monitoring and supportive supervision to field staff. Organize the Monthly meeting with community Nutrition workers and build the capacity. Reporting for monthly , quarterly and annual reports and submission in timely manner. Advocacy and liaison with government departments in promoting the project activities and involve them for program greater participation.

Vaccine on wheels (jivika healthcare Pvt.Ltd.) in collaboration with IIT Hyderabad and Bill& Melinda Gates Foundation, has introduced India’s 1st Doctor based Mobile Vaccination Unit.Vaccine on wheels aims to immunize India’s underserved population by “Ensuring access toquality vaccination for all”. we are a one stop mobile vaccination clinic with the vision toreduce inequality and increase immunization penetration.Scope of work : The team will be based at the mobile vaccination Unit and need to administer thevaccination Drive. Teams in a Unit is deployed as per the State/State/District requirements. Teamsmay comprise of Doctor ,Nurse , Community Mobiliser , HealthCare Assistant , DataEntry Operator , Project Coordinator.

Scope of Work :  To understand the current Perceptions, Challenges, Behaviours and Practices on field levels Prevailing in 1000 days of life of a pregnant mother and child. To improve nutritional status in first 1000 days of life. worked to the Government department and beneficiaries ( SAM,MAM,SUW,HRPW,HRLW) Also worked with Asha , AWW , PRI Members , ICDS Department and Health Department. Mainly Worked of Malnutrition indicators in Akkalkuwa and Dhadgaon Block. Referal Services provided to SAM Childrens at CTC/NRC.  Block level workshop conducted for Anganwadi workers , Asha workers and Health dept. employee. Special day celebration at Village , Block level.

Scope of Work : - Serving as a link between the district administration, NGOs and the CMO Working closely with the Gram Panchayat (GP) to create local area development plans  Conducting socio-economic analysis to scientifically ascertain the needs of the people and design innovative projects Undertaking action-research to create more efficient program delivery by district administrations Providing feedback on rural development initiatives to the Working Groups and Governing Council The Thematic and Procedural Impact of the Village Social Transformation Foundation Program is listed below:1. Build necessary social capital and infrastructure to transform villages and improve quality of life in rural areas 2. Empower villages to ensure sustained development and mobilize villagers to be invested inself-sustained development 3. Ensure convergence of several initiatives including all government schemes and initiatives of corporate/foundations and NGO’s 4. Improve delivery of low-cost quality services to the villages 5. Bring about behavioral change in the villagers and promote good practices in hygiene, education and livelihood amongst others  Working closely with the Gram Panchayat (GP) to create local area development plans. Like a Five year action planning , GPDP , Yearly action planning , vision action planning etc. Agriculture regarding worked like a Gabion bandhare,CCT,Deep CCT, form pond and Crop provided by Agriculture dept. and KVK Nandurbar as well as CSR fund. Bring about behavioral change in the villagers and promote good practices in hygiene , education and livelihood others. Attend to Review meeting with District Collector Nandurbar and CEO ZP Nandurbar , HOD (all dept.)
