• Conducts adequate verification of inspection activities involved in all stages of production: compliance of processes, procedures, product, materials, equipment and practices to established standards and guidelines, Safety, GMP and sanitation, and recommending appropriate actions on areas that need improvement.•coordinate with ISO team, doing assessment and verification the procedure and system.• Releases finished goods based on verification results of at-line tests. • Implements quality improvement by leading the investigation of internal and external quality issues; conducting statistical analysis/capability studies; evaluating operation trials; conducting specifications review; product, process and equipment validation; and quality measurement / reporting.• Planning for effective quality activities involving laboratory inspection and testing to ensure adequate checks are done on incoming materials and finished product.• Providing resources in terms of work scheduling, laboratory supplies, utilities and laboratory equipment to ensure testing plans are implemented accordingly.• Evaluating test results of materials for use in conversion and of finished product for release to the trade including verification of at-line analytical testing results.• Handle customer complaint including receive, drive the other function for improvement and feedback to the complaint and provide advises if required in relation of the product quality.

Calibration of Various laboratory Instruments. To perform routine quality check on raw materials, Intermediates and finish product. To assist the Quality manager in the investigation of internal non conformances and customer complaints. Sample, test, and report disposition of all incoming raw materials and finished products. Issuance of product specification and CoA for fragrance & flavor samples. Preparation of sample for Olfactive ( Raw material, Intermediate & finish goods ) Communication of analytical results to various departments. Retention of Raw material, Intermediate & finish goods samples. Perform analysis of PSS, Sourcing, Stock control & Client sample. Handling of supplier & customer non conformances. Preparation of SOP & Implementation. Coordination with external laboratory.

Assure that the raw materials and Finished goods meet to RM/FG specification before released.• Performing analytical testing to support manufacturing requirements, which include physical, chemical and organoleptic test for Finish Product.• Implementing laboratory equipment calibration plan.• Review Good Laboratory Practices against standard and improve when required. • Conduct sensory panel for critical perfumes/flavours.
