Worked with M/s Polyplex Corporation Limited Bazpur Uttrakhand As Trainee in BOPET Deptt. Since 01, December 2016 to 30, November 2017 . It is a BOPET plant of Dornier 8.7 mtr line which directly running from Chips Plant.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the HOD and Boss. Break/shutdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Schedule maintenance. Monitor the health of machine though routine physical checks. Vibration and bearing condition monitoring of motors. Temperature and noise level monitoring of machine.  Maintain all the spares related to process and instrumentation.  Working in Instrumentation. Conducts scheduled inspections of instruments and makes adjustments to those not functioning proper. Disconnects inaccurate or damaged instruments and makes suitable replacements. Disassembles instruments, examines mechanisms, cleans parts, and replaces broken parts. Supervises personnel as assigned. Performs related duties as assigned.
