I presided over multiple direct reporting engineering teams based onsite and offshore, focused on expanding the range of eCommerce offerings to include delivery-only and drive-up-and-go order fulfillment solutions. I created a priority-driven development roadmap to integrate new solutions with existing IT business systems and ensure successful implementation. Following my progression to a senior role, I operated in partnership with the eCommerce team in the deployment of new picking and fulfillment software enterprise-wide, supplied by Manhattan Associates. I motivated and led seven direct reports to build integrated components to bolster software and feedback data to Manhattan. I simultaneously fulfilled a production management role as selected by peers, to direct all features implemented and software customizations. My key contributions included:• Established a new feature in 6-months to revamp fulfillment eCommerce in-store.• Successfully replaced legacy versions of Manhattan software in 80 stores.• Deployed the solution in 3-months across the network of 80 eCommerce stores.• Expanded footprint in 150 stores to boost picks per hour from 60 to 100.
