I am a passionate and detail-oriented Biotechnology graduate from the University of Mysore, eager to apply my knowledge and technical skills in a Research Associate role. With hands-on experience in molecular biology and microbiological techniques, I have developed a solid foundation in cutting-edge research methodologies.My expertise spans various key techniques, including molecular docking, UV spectrophotometry, microscopic techniques, and plant tissue culture. I have successfully performed genetic material isolation, agarose gel electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, PCR, and antioxidant assays (DPPH & ABTS), gaining valuable insights into complex biological processes. Additionally, I am proficient in operating instruments such as microscopes, UV spectrophotometers, Gel DOC (BIO_RAD), centrifuges, PCR machines (BIO_RAD), and Sonicators (SONICS).During my dissertation, I explored the antimicrobial and antioxidant activities of bioactive peptides derived from buffalo milk colostrum on human pathogens, enhancing my research acumen and problem-solving abilities.
