I support the Director of Retail Real Estate in managing real estate matters for a portfolio of 120+ properties including stores of well-known brands such as London Drugs, IGA, Fresh St. Market, Meiga Supermarket, McBain Camera, and other non-retail locations. I oversee property management and lease administration to ensure smooth operations across all locations. This includes reconciling year-end CAM recoveries, processing rent rolls for accurate financial reporting and compliance, negotiating short-term leases, and conducting lease audits. Additionally, reviewing the lease for the store maintenance team from a real estate perspective.
