After completing my Honours degree in Industrial Psychology I figured I would develop my career in HR.That was before I understood that I was destined for the amazing, exciting, challenging and intense world of recruitment.I became a financial recruitment consultant in 1998 and Ive never looked back. I loved the competitiveness and the impact that I could make. I loved the making matches and closing deals. I naturally teach and build teams and it was inevitable that I would take an interest in managing people in this business, driving and training them to become successful specialist consultants.
