Contry Manager - AustraliaJubeerich Study Abroad Consultancy | 25 Years In Overseas Education May 2022 - PresentKaloor, Kerala, India- Lead the entire Australia & New Zealand Team.- Assuring Organizational Effectiveness and Quality.- Conduct Technical/Student interviews, whenever necessary or assist the Councilors if needed. - Increasing the count of Australian applications as a country manager and by supporting counsellors.- Understanding the current issues in the application process and addressing the same to my Immediate Manager.- Follow up with the application team for the priority offers and addressing the same to SIG/Associate in Australia in case of any delays.- Promote Australia as a Global Study Hub and ensure maximum results. - Ensure Client satisfaction throughout the entire cycle. - Motivate the Team Members and provide them with necessary guidance. - Oversee activities of Team Members, on a daily basis. - Ensure that all documentation and submittals are issued as planned. - Conduct random checking to ensure team functioning is going as per plan and advise corrective measures, if needed.- Conduct periodic meetings with the Team.- Monitor and assure the Team is managing the deadlines well.- Ensure all correspondence from the Team is in a professional manner to Customers. - Take quick action on any requirement from the Team to serve the Clients. - Ensure that the periodical trainings are conducted by the Training Team. - Develop company image & practice ethical business practices all the time.- Maintain & improve the quality of services by establishing and enforcing business standards. - Take the lead to create, develop, train and guide the respective Team, as the unit head.- Individual and Team Targets shall be managed / supported and effectively managed. - Assist to establish periodic budgets, result measurements / KPI Management, progress review & correction plans during the periodic and/or project and progress review. - Contribute to Team efforts by accomplishing targeted and related results, as needed.- Other general tasks that may arise from time to time. -
