I always teach my consultants about human values.As I started my career as a Customer Service Agent, I used to interact a lot with my Customers. It was like walking through a string with job responsibility on one side and customer satisfaction on other. During that travel to destination; I gained knowledge on values, professionalism and responsibilities.In our region we use to say “those who born from fire will not wilt away in sun”. My career foundation was so strong that I could do sales pretty well; even I was a fresher in Insurance Sales. My success mantra in sales was I replaced the word SELL into HELP. I still remember the day I received Award from my General Manager for Selling highest number of Cancer Care Insurance Policies. All I did was caring human values.When I joined Birla Sun life as an Agency Manager, my responsibilities were high. I have to build, develop and lead a whole Team. It was clear for me that massive results can only be achieved from Team work. I motivated my team, showed them path to success and stood along with them in freezing cold and burning sun. I was determined and confident about my team. We tasted the sweetness of success. Together we replaced the gap between “I” and “WE”.During my career path I have attended so many trainings. I really thank my Trainers who chiseled me to become a diamond from the rock. They grabbed me from the graveyard of failure into the garden of success. I considered my trainers as my Gurus. I believe it’s a divine profession. The Goosebumps which I had during trainings spread across my brain and dreams with wings to become a Professional Trainer.The interest in art of selling and training took me into the door of Sales Training. Today when I stand as a senior sales trainer, I still follow the basics which I have been taught. The experience which I earned helped me a lot in becoming a good leader, trainer and a good professional who cares human values.I’m proud to say “I’m a Hyundai Certified Trainer”.
