) Project Planning of International City Project at Gurugram, NCR, which is a multi phase villa project.

Successfully completed 2 months internship and gained knowledge on Precast construction technology, with Sobha Ltd in Sobha Dream Acres Project at Belandur Road, Bengaluru. The internship program was headed by Mr. Jayakumar - Senior Manager, Sobha Ltd.

 Preparation and presentation of the full project estimate according to the tender drawings, specifications and standards. Preparation of monthly valuations and invoice of the project according to the work progress at site. Preparation of variations of items if any occurring other than in original BOQ and finalizing with consultant. Preparation of shop drawings at each stage of work for the approval from consultant and its further execution.  Evaluating and reporting daily progress of project works to the project manager. Preparing base program and updating the project progress.  Preparing the manpower, material and machinery procurement schedule required for the project and updating. Coordinating with the purchase department of materials and machinery.

 Monitoring to ensure that the construction is carried out in accordance with the contract drawing, specification& method of statement. Preparation and finalizing of department bills according to work progress. Inspecting the reinforcement work before offering to the consultant inspection. Preparation and checking of subcontractor’s periodical bills and its approval. Supervising concrete works. Inspecting Sub contractor works. Documentation, preparation and safekeeping of department registers.
