Work together with Head of Technical and technical team to prepare PM budget and improvement projects.  Prepare weekly and monthly reports based on the agreed KPIs and targets.  Strictly follow and implement health and safety procedures for protecting employees and products.  Report on all unsafe and risky operations.  Secure Functional performances of equipment according to official specifications.  Installation and commissioning of new equipment and /or while upgrading an existing system.  Hands-on experience in servicing tetra pack filling and packaging systems (TBA 19, TBA 22, A3 speed, A3 flex TSA22,TCBP71,TCBP70,ACHX,TCBP32,TCBP22,TFW67 etc....)  Experience in P&ID’s, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.  Experience in aseptic packaging system-Dairy.  Review and update the PM checklist and ensure all the PM activities are completed on time.  Arrange and order the required spare parts, electronic items, and consumables according to the delivery time and budget.

Compliance leader for Production & Assembly.  Time boundedly Renovating machines with Ensured Quality & controlled cost.  Upgrading the machines as per customer requirements.  Technical issue Handling in Qutip (For TBA19, A1 and DE Machines)  Secure Functional performances of equipment according to official specifications.  Contribute to capital equipment production performance indicator.  Support WCM implementation in area of responsibility. Contribute to defect free equipment’s production.  Lead / Contribute to cost saving initiatives.  Leading & monitoring the performance of the people to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets.  Recognizing areas of improvements and organizing training programs for the same.

Responsible for Management of Production function of IMFL.  Conversant with Technical & Production Through tetra machine and bottling.  Handling ENA production, Blending and Quality checks.  Recognizing areas of improvements and organizing training programs for the same.  Weekly Production plan preparation and manpower allocation.  Reviewing processes, identifying areas that require improvements.  Eliminating downtime and maximizing revenue by providing top quality control.  Coordination with excise department and quality department for releasing the blend for production.
