PRODUCTION ENGINEER:- Look after and Manage all Production & Fabrication activities inside the plant.- Carry out material inspection on fabricated structures.- Arrange material inspection planning report so as to conduct inspection.- Making quality inspection schedule for each projects.- Make sure that all fabrications carry out as per approved drawings and measures.- Attend workshop meeting with project engineers and Divisional manager and give valuable comments to improve Fabrication & Quality process.- Responsible to make various quality reports.- Submit and get approval of various inspection reports on time.- Review shop drawings and co-ordinate with plant foreman.- Responsible to carry out thorough quality inspection on every material.- Conduct quality inspection on both steel and aluminum pipes which are using in fabrication.- Responsible to make schedules for production.- Carry out regular inspection on fabricated structures and check the welded area thoroughly.- Report to project engineer on daily basis.- Update the daily production status.- Responsible to carry out thorough inspection on fabricated materials before it sending to site.- Attend inspection meeting in site with clients, if necessary.- Able to prepare Inspection documents and reports.- Co-ordinate with plant foreman to evaluate and review fabricating drawings.- Take initiative to conduct safety orientation classes to workers by group of safety engineers.- Conduct visual inspection on painted materials.- Visit on-going site if necessary- Able to manage workshop activities independently.- Make sure that all works are carrying out as per the safety measures.
