Job Responsibilities:• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing,recruitment, training, grievances and performance evaluations)• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes• Maintaining a data base for (manpower, Training, Travel, WO follow-ups) of all theprojects dealt by NICSI, Kerala• Making follow-ups related to manpower/hardware/software issues on NICSI projects• Drafting of letters/note sheets• Maintains Employee related database - Employees files & Office files regular updating.• Joining Formalities- Collect the required documents, Documentation• Database Management, Processing Offer, clerical and administrative support• Maintaining Employee Records, Attendance Management.• Taking care of end to end recruitment - Coordinate & Conduct Interview & SelectionTests, Organize walk in interviews.• Conducting Telephonic Interviews - Contacting Short listed Candidates to appear for theTest/ Interview through mail/ Telephonic Calls.• Filing of the relevant documents of NICSI projects handled• Recording of MoM, tracking the meeting schedules of GM, NICSI• Tracking the expenditures involved in the NICSI projects• Preparation of Work order utilization reports for the NICSI projects• Maintaining imprest account related to NICSI site office and reconciliation of imprestamount with bank• Maintaining a track of record for the advances received for Training under NICSIprojects• Making follow-ups related to manpower/hardware/software issues on NICSI projects• Liasioning with the vendors related to hardware supply issues for various NICSIprojects• Posting entries in e-Office NICSI projects

Job Responsibilities:• Proficient in Tally ERP 9, MS Word, MS Excel & Intermediate MS Outlook• Maintaining cash transaction & petty cash balance• Validating for Ledgers &Vouchers• PF and ESI Prepare & review expense, invoices & maintaining proper filing of PF Forms• Monthly Trail Balance Preparing• Statements, and other day -to- day transactions and reports.• Reconcile the re-insurance statements received.• Adjust cash received against outstanding receivables.• Preparation of MIS reports.• Prepare & review expense, invoices, and other accounting documents• Process payments on various ERP packages.• Understanding of insurance industry and accounts desirable.• Payments - salary, vendor disbursements• Maintaining financial information through files and documents.• Verify bank deposits and bank payments and reconcile with bank records andstatements.
