Overall 6yrs of experience have , my roles and responsibilities are ........Review the requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback in NPD stage.Good Knowledge of GD & T parameters. Conducting internal Audits & Ensuring all needs to meet the Quality aspect as per IATF 16949 .Setting and installing various testing environments in the NPD stage,Heat treatment spatial process study reporting.Review with the CFT team and the Design team concluded the drawings and release for stage wise design documents.AOI(Agreement of inspections)&PIS approval taken from customer.
