1. Responsible for delivering the Project Design & Delivery & Handover the Project within the project timeline2. Responsible to estimate the complete project costing , Negotiating with Local Suppliers & International OEM for the materials for the project3. Responsible to Complete technical & commercial proposal , Material Submitals , Billings & Cash Flow Maintenance4. Monitoring the Sufficient Quantity of stock materials in the warehouse to make the Fast track project delivery & billing5. Attend Management Meeting & Submit the on going project report Submission

• Sound knowledge of Design & Engineering of various Fire Protection System- Gas systems, (FM200, NOVEC1230, IG-541, Aerosol) Water-based suppression systems, (water sprinkler system, water mist/Spray system and Foam systems), air aspirating smoke detection system and kitchen suppression systems according to international Standards National Fire Protection Association NFPA and EN standards) and Manufacturer listing and approvals. • Technical & Commercial knowledge of diverse brands of international fire protection suppliers.• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and Local Civil Defense requirements.• Liaising with consultants and other third party contractors to ensure projects meet the required specification.• Ability to make a pre-design evaluation for firefighting systems (water, gas, and foam) with reference to NFPA standards.• Perform hydraulic calculations manually and using licensed computer software for piping networks of FM200 & Novec Suppression systems.• To carry out sales planning and review the marketing activities on a weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half-yearly & yearly basis and conduct a weekly meeting with all product specialists and sales engineers / Executives.• Carry out an effective after-sale service and maintain customer relations.• Carry out the discussions and correspond with the principals in consultation with the respective product specialist.• Advise the management for Short-term and long-term business plans in terms of adding on new product-line /business line for expansion of business
