- Act as the first point of contact (POC) for all IT & and technical queries of the largest 3 clinics and 5 pharmacies with 600+ users. With a team of 3 IT executives, helping to set up and troubleshoot PCs, MACs, and network devices. Install and configure operating systems and applications, diagnose and fix hardware and software issues, and troubleshoot any systems or network problems. Setting up new user accounts and profiles and supporting various products, such as Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7/ Windows 8/ Windows 10, Windows Server, SQL, backup products, security systems, storages, anti-virus products, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, Ethernet, wireless routers, telephone systems, and firewall configurations.- Also assigned to interact with third-party technical specialists and coordinate with service providers, Etisalat, and DU for the clinics assigned to me. - As administrator of MS Office, I support all users under NMC Medical Centre. o Adding and removing users, managing user permissions, provisioning licenses, troubleshooting issues, monitoring performance, Keeping up to date with security patches- I assist in new projects helping them build workflows and applications for the medical centres. - Arrange and operate projectors and PA systems for quarterly meetings and annual events.

- As a team member responsible for implementing the new Hospital Information System (HIS) software and other applications. - I was assigned to enhance the functionality of both new and existing facilities. I was actively engaged in identifying and addressing any issues or user challenges related to the software, working in collaboration with both the vendor and development team to ensure seamless integration of all features within the desired timeline. - To keep all stakeholders informed, I was responsible for creating and maintaining project plans, status reports, and checklists, as well as technical and user documentation.- I communicate project updates on a daily, weekly, and other relevant intervals to the IT Administrator and other pertinent individuals. - Working in a focused group to ensure a successful rollout of the new software and applications.
