At Don Bosco Management, I played a key role in designing and developing an advanced fee management software, which streamlined critical administrative processes. This system was built using C#, SQL, and WinUI, ensuring seamless management of student data and financial records. It allowed the institution to upload student data through Excel sheets or manually add individual students. Additionally, it facilitated the upload of fee structures, course years, batches, and semester details.The software provided the cashier with significant functionality, including the ability to print receipts based on class, year, and semester. It supported multiple payment methods (bank or cash) and allowed the cashier to add late fees, which were reflected in separate reports. The system also supported partial payments, available only for the first semester, and included payment reconciliation options.The software empowered the cashier to generate comprehensive end-of-day reports, which could be filtered by day, class, date, semester, payment method, year, partial or full payment status, and payment completion status. The financial administrator had sole authority to approve fee structures, ensuring that the uploaded data reflected accurately across the software. Meanwhile, administrators had access to detailed reports and payment histories, ensuring transparency and oversight across the system.
