Design : Reviewing-P & ID, hook-up drawings and, other important documents related to Instrumentation and control.Procurement to operation of Instrument materials: Generating the instruments, DCS, Instrument cable, HART Management system, and other equipment specifications. Co-ordinate with vendor/ supplier for relevant document, co-ordinate for approval of the documents from vendor/ supplier and customer for approval of documents, witness inspections, factory acceptance test (FAT).Inter design department support: Design assistance to Electrical, Piping, Civil, and etc.Proposal Support: Making bid documents for various instruments of packages like water treatment, Demineralization, TEG proposals.Reviewing the offers of vendors/ supplier. Prepare the comparison report for vendor selection on award of the project.Project Management Support : Co-ordinate for successful project handling, which includes planning, preparation of Billing Breakup Unit (BBU), BBU approval from the customer, Obtaining Material dispatch Clearance Certificate (MDCC), design and procure quality products within allocated budget, creating misc. reports w.r.t. project execution and financial status, meeting with stakeholders to meet the projects deadlines, etc.
