Cloud And Infra Specialist
• Azure deployments of PaaS, OaaS, and IaaS• Served as L2 support to both customers and Product teams of Azure Component like Compute - ( Vm deployment & migration, node faulting and diagnostics) • Networking- (Trouble shooting ExpressRoute, VPN, Host networking) Storage- (Storage Creation,replication, migration, IOPS limits manipulation, SA recovery) • Application Monitoring: (CPU metrics, memory, performance, instance scale failures, etc.) • Practical familiarity with tools such as Powershell, ICM, Jarvis, Grafana, Azure Logs Analytics, Netvma/Netmon, and Azure Service Insight.• Strong Experience on Administration and Troubleshooting of Azure IAAS Components (VM, Storage, VNET, NSG, Site to Site VPN, Load Balancers, Availability Sets).• Working experience of Virtual networks, VPN Gateway, Hybrid connectivity windows azure, migration, cloud infrastructure, Azure Monitor, Application Insight.• Taking the backup of the servers using Azure recovery service vault.• Has expertise with site and customer reliability to manage crucial situations and serve as a liaison between the platform and customers.• Coordinating with service providers for restoring the failure links (by following escalation matrix) preparing reports for links, location and reason for failure and providing those consolidated reports to customers on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.• Escalated customer problems to management and support groups utilizing standard escalation models.• Conducting analysis, preparing reports, and working on project implementation.• Facilitated backup of routers, switches, and firewall configurations in core network.• Ability to work with other teams and capture knowledge in a productive manner.• Worked as backup lead for WAOC project.
