• Responsible for Configuring and Troubleshooting ORACLE Retail Point of Sale (POS) ,ORACLE Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM), ORACLE Retail Merchandising System(RMS). • Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.• Install and configure systems and applications• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.• Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.• Installing and Operating Windows Desktop and Server Operating System.• Managed Virtualization Environment using Hyper-V,VM-Ware.• Windows Server Configuration and Maintenance (2003, 2008, 2012)• Installing & Configured MS Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010.• Installation and Management of Active Directory Services.• Upgrade and configure system software and application that supports.• Remote support of on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation• Responsible for Configuring and Troubleshooting Sonic wall or Firewall, Switches and Routers.• Responsible to Monitor Whether all the Components are available for the Successful Communication.• Responsible for Configuring and Troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook Accounts and also creating new account for the New User.• Responsible for Maintaining the Backup Network, Hardware, Software, files on a regular basis accordingly as per the Company Policies and timely analyse whether any repair or replacement is needed.
