 Reviewing coating specification, ITP, Procedure, Method Statement, Manufacturer’s product, Data sheets, coating crew approvals, test equipment calibration certificates, safety standards and other coatings related documents to develop technical procedure according to the standards and requirements specified Inspecting weather condition before blasting/during coating and repair, surface cleanliness, surface profile, chloride test, blotter test Responsible for conducting preliminary design and checking all the painting and protective coating systems which include paint applications methods such as Spraying (Air, Airless and Plural Component Spray Systems), Field and Shop Application Examining repairs in factory/onsite for Duel epoxy coated pipe, weather conditions, substrate temperature, blast cleaned surface (Surface Cleanliness & Roughness) using Replica Tape as per specification/ITP Ensuring adherence of paint mixing, pot life ratio and methods of mixing in line with the manufacturer datasheet  Conduct visual inspection of Wet Film Thickness using Comb Gauge & Dry Film Thickness using SSPC PA-2 Maintain constant vigil on the color codes, visually inspecting painted surfaces, and conducting Dolly Test & Cross Cut as per the desired specifications Work with the team members in touching up painting at the site, resolving painting quality issues and ensuring optimal delivery
