Coordination and Follow up with the leasing Team in Australia.• Contacting landlords directly in case of discrepancy in the invoice and lease amounts.• Closely follow the clearing of payments via OVLA System.Reporting & Compliance• Provide ongoing services such as performing audit process, monthly reports and maintaining work flow trackers.• Creating the monthly transaction progress report to be distributed to the wider project team across all regions.• Abstraction of the Lease DocumentsTransition• Working on transition of the database account into a financial account for APAC region..• Worked on Taxation and legal perspective for the Client.• Contacting IFM teams across the region to understand the current payment processed being followed across the APAC region.• Preparing and sending rent questionnaire document to source information from the IFM leads.
