I led a team of recruiters hiring for Product Engineering, Enterprise Functions and Business Operations for Target in India.

In this role, I led a Tower within TA org and catered to some of the largest businesses of Epsilon and I led the University hiring as well. I was also heading the Talent Sourcing team. Also, as an interim role I managed Talent Operations team.

I led the APJ Talent Sourcing team, catering South Pacific, Malaysia and Philippines.

Led the Talent Sourcing teams to fulfill positions for the AGD and ITO businesses across locations in India. I was also part of the Strategic Sourcing team.

I led lateral hiring for Java, Microsoft and related skills in Capgemini, across all locations in India.

NextStage consulting Pvt Ltd was a vertically integrated HR Services provider, specializing in Executive Search, Temp Staffing, HR Advisory Services etc. This was an entrepreneurial role and I was part of the founding team and my primary responsibilities included, leading the recruitment effort, client relationship management, new client acquisition and training recruiters and HR consultants.

At US Technology (UST-Global), I was responsible for recruiting techno-business professionals for various accounts.I was also responsible for staffing up various CoEs (Centers of Excellence).I also had the opportunity to handle recruitment for around six Fortune 300 accounts.Of late I was part of the Strategic recruitment team.My responsibilities also included developing recruiting strategies,liaise between Sales,Delivery and Resource Management teams,interact with Business Unit Heads and Technical Managers.Manage relationships with onsite GRMs and Delivery Managers.Plan and organize recruitment events in various cities,manage end-to-end sourcing .
