Business Analyst
Current• Lead requirement gathering workshops resulting in identifying and documenting detailed user,and business requirements and recommend solutions• Develop future product enhancement requirements based on input gathered from a variety ofsources including research and analysis of competition, best practices in the industry, andfeedback from the user community• Recommend business solutions that satisfy sponsor/ stakeholder needs continually exploringand assessing options for value-add for clients• Create user and business requirement documents, business process maps, work flow diagrams,and wire frames for software features and/or supported business processes• Lead and launch new product features and services both inside and outside the company onexecuting ‘best in class’ product implementations• Transfer Knowledge of the business requirements to the technical team• Assist with testing of the system functionality by developing test conditions, and test scenariosbased on the user requirements
