Responsible and leading a team for new vehicle launch manufacturing planning studies for the plants in the GMIO region. Program management of new launch programs upfront relative to manufacturing engineering and providing assistance and support to plant on the launch processes. Ensure lean investments and maximum capacity utilization for new programs in plants. Also work for New Business development and strategic alliances.

Manage the Robotics, Welding, Conveyors and Press Controls functions at GM Tech Centre India. Responsible for providing technically optimal , cost effective and lean solutions for GM Plants in the GMIO region. Also the Functional Lead for Robotics & Conveyers in GMIO region. In this position I act as the SPOC and SME for the function.
