People Management:• Oversee the maintenance of high quality day to day client interactions within the Technical Management function.• Provided high quality work performance management, employee relations with in the organization.• Act as key point of contact and ‘systems subject matter expert’ for clients to provide configuration solutions and exculpate any technical issues to internal support function.• Prepare and educate clients in relation to system upgrades and improvements in conjunction with product.• Proactively provide input to product upgrades and development.• Create supporting tactical test plans to proactively service working in conjunction with client strategies.Client Relationship Management:• Establish and maintain high quality day to day client interactions with multi-nationals orgnization.• Review and identify key knowledge gaps amongst clients and provide recommendations and advice.• Good in making understand on the test plans, test strategies.• Act on escalations from team members as necessary.• Identify and implement new management system to gain efficiencies in time and resources.Technical Understanding:• SQL• HCM Configurations (Kronos, PeopleSoft)• HRIS Integrations (Kronos, PeopleSoft)• Microsoft Office (Excel, Publisher, Word, Powerpoint)
