Process orders received from outdoor sales person. Managing the CRM system (Zoho), entering quotation and enquiry and updating quote stages. Create quotation for project by extracting product measurement from AutoCAD files or by communicating with client. Timely coordination with production department to ensure the completion of the job. Liaise with the Dispatch department to ensure timely deliveries for fitting team as well as delivery team. Schedule and arrange the teams for the fitting jobs.

Assign and segregate the workorder to blinds and curtains to the manpower. Provide the respective calculated specification for the blinds. Inspect the final product to be devoid of any flaws and it meets the specifications. Segregate and allot the blinds for dispatch and installation. Co-ordinate with the retail team for their dispatch.

Check pipe spool fabrication based on approved spool isometric drawing & bill of materials. Piping spools daily Fit-up & welding inspection reports and arrange the PWHT & NDE activities. Assist the Site Superintendent & coordinate the supervisor’s activity, carry out & implement the QA/QC program, arrange & conduct meeting under the Site Superintendent direction. Review of Material Test Certificates for Raw Materials like Pipes, Fittings, Flanges & Welding Consumables. Day to day follow up and Co-ordination with planning, Production & Client QA/QC team. Carrying out the Welding inspection before, during and after welding operation as per approved test plan, relevant engineering drawing, international standard and project specification.

I schedule manpower and machine production to meet the production schedule. I create the calibration schedule and provide calibration specifications for the produced pipes to the calibrators; collaborate with Quality Control to confirm the quantity of raw materials. I supervise foreman and inspect product to meet specifications. I was able to increase the production output from 768 mtr/day to 1008 mtr/day and the calibration output from 64 pipe/day to 76 pipe/day.

I inspect quality of product and conformance with client orders, check machine parameters to meeting customer specifications, document runs for product submission and approval. I managed two international (Kuwait and Jordan) and one local (Oman) project simultaneously. Some key results:• Organized production qualification by HAYA water for H..D.PE profile walled pipe.• Compiled documentation for level 1 and level 2 audits under ISO 9001:2008.• Installed MBK reinforcement cage welding machine BSM-R and trained for its programming and operation.

I coordinated X-ray test of pipe joints. I conducted PMI test of the welded pipe joints using XRF analyzer. I supervised the welding team and coordinated team and engineering efforts that work was delivered on time and within budget. Inspected weld, raw products, and fabricated structures to meet standards and customer requirements.
