-Manage day-to-day IT operations.- O365 Administration tasks like mailbox archive, email forwarding, sender and domain whitelist, MFA, etc.- Prowess in planning and executing SharePoint migration, permission issues etc.- Capable of using Service Now Ticketing tool.- Experience in handling remote access management tools like Beyond trust, N-able monitoring tool, TeamViewer, Any Desk etc. - Expertise in handling hospitality applications like OPERA, Micros POS, Sun systems, Materials Control, etc.- Data Centre management by taking daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly backups of hotel applications.- Troubleshooting basic windows server-level issues with DHCP and Active Directory.- Experience handling veritas backup jobs.- Configuring desktops and laptops, performing hardware checks and necessary replacements like RAM, SSD, laptop batteries etc.- Address high-priority operational/production issues and ensure SLAs are met.- Setup and configuring local and network printers.- IT Assets management within an organization.
