-Responsibilities included troubleshooting technical Radio Access network faults by interfacing with various OEMs.-Proactive identification of issues using both HPSM and TEMIP tools thereby prevented over 8% of outages.-Collaborated with IP, Infra and Utility Domains for alarm problem resolution. -Implemented and optimized fault reporting and escalation process resulting in reducing the outage time by over 15%.-Ran relevant CLI commands to obtain enodeb and network related information for the purpose of testing.-Was able to find the root cause of outages by logging into the CSS routers and also using router. topology from NNMI tool thus resulting in quick outage resolutions. -Ensured a swift resolution by performing troubleshooting till Aggregator node 1.
