I am participating in 2 year internship where in the first year I learned about neuroscience and psychology in a real work setting. Then I used these skills and conducted a research project in an area of interest; I chose to focus on the impact of sugar on anxiety and depression. In the second year I will be able to implement my experience in a real work setting with a lab.

Conduct individualized instruction sessions in math and reading for students, assess and evaluate their progress and provide constructive feedback. While, grading worksheets, accurately recording student progress, and supporting and encouraging students to maintain motivation and engagement. Also, communicating effectively with parents regarding their child's progress while maintaining a positive and orderly learning environment.

I coordinate and facilitate online writing workshops for 80-100 people from various countries. In addition to designing the lesson plans, I oversee a team of eight staff members, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations throughout the program.

Work with a group of students through the school year in order to organize and lead practice sessions to ensure students are well-prepared for their events. Additionally, coordinate with other coaches, parents, and school staff to support team logistics and participation in competitions and stay updated on Science Olympiad rules and event formats to ensure students are prepared for current competition standards.
