Provide order processing data entry for requests from customers to place and manage orders, provide pricing and delivery information, and additional requests, by phone, fax, email, and EDI transactions.Attempt to troubleshoot customers' problems.Document customer transactions accurately inOracle. Ensure pricing approval process is supported and works in compliance to Customer Service policies and procedures.Enter faxed and email orders, RMAs (Return Material Authorization), sample requests and complaints into Oracle, including confirmation to the customer if applicable

Provide structured feedback and recommendations for process improvement on an ongoing basis. Maintain high levels of confidentiality while performing investigations. Demonstrate ability to comprehensively document investigations.

Handle customer questions and complaints.Handled 80+ customer emails each day.Sharing information related to order status, refund process and app specification.Helping customer to proceed with basic troubleshooting, eg operate a program, upgrades.Help with compensation or reimbursement for the item that has been lost or damaged by the courier.Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management.Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using various sources of data and knowledge.Work in enterprise level (e.g. Shopee Backend/) and CRM (e.g. Sales Force / Zendesk / IHS) applications.
