• Day-to-day running of the operations by assisting administrative processes• Responsible for smooth employee on boarding experience including email- id creation, collection of account details and maintaining their records• Submit timely Excel based dashboards for asset management

● Supporting the Project Managers for staffing, finance, on boarding/ offboarding requirements● Facilitate planning workshops and create plans, budgets and resourceprofiles● Work with PMs to create a financial plan and submit it to the client forapproval to secure the project budget. Tracking and reporting actual costsand reconciliation.● Ensure time recording is done correctly and follow up on missingtime sheets● Track project deliverables and report progress through status reports● Responsible for performing data collection and analysis, creating meetingpacks, preparing MOMs and follow up on action items.● Coordinate mandatory reviews and audits. Complete necessary actions toclose audit observations.● Tracking milestones, key deliverable dates and all other logs required tosupport the program
