Allocating Marketing Budget (ATL-SAP-CP1), Branch Budget (BTL- BATS-CRM) quarterly for the Year. Budgeting and forecast of project as per Brand team’s data. Allocation & reallocation of budgets in ATL & BTL as and when required for Brand Teams, Merchandizing team, Media & Market Research team.❖ Worked on Vendor and Data Management: Accomplished daily activities associated with the Brand Teams - Purchase Order Creation for Vendors on approval basis. Review and Log Invoices for all the activities along with providing the resolutions for releasing Payments using SAP VIM.❖ Responsible for the complete end to end process of reviewing and releasing AP invoices, including both supplier and non-supplier invoices by examining the essentials like supplier details, PO, Invoice No and date, bank account and GST details.❖ Attention to urgent/ageing invoices. Co-ordination with various stakeholders, obtaining coding, approval and resolving issues around blocked invoices. Ensuring payment and expense entries are posted in accounting software on a timely basis.❖ Involved in handling queries for vendor statement reconciliation through calls and emails. Work closely with Vendor / Front Office/ Cash Management / Master Data to drive towards solutions.❖ Updating and maintaining vendor records, including tracking the brand related spends, Managing the allocated budget v/s SAP spends – actual, commitment on a quarterly basis & to inform the Brand team by tracking the Plan value v/s Actual.❖ Coordinating with SAP team for any issues related to the budget release (GL assignment to WBS element, Nodes Blocked, GRN issues, HSN/SAC updation and Material code creations). Escalate the issues with team till error is rectified in a timely manner.❖ Reports: Prepared and delivered various Report like Primary and Secondary Sales Dashboard, Daily Stock movement report and Spends report is run on YTD, MTD.
