During my recent Operations Support Engineering internship at PACCAR Parts, I led a project that focused on integrating new technology into the company’s operational workflows. I utilized SQL and Snowflake for data analytics to identify productivity gaps and deconstruct workflows, driving continuous improvement and aligning new processes with company objectives. This experience strengthened my skills in data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and project management. In a technical project, I designed both a digital game of tug of war and a connect4 game using system verilog on an FPGA, combining logic design, state machine development, and FPGA programming. This project not only deepened my understanding of digital design but also enhanced my ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues and apply iterative development. Working on this FPGA project refined my expertise in embedded systems and digital logic—core skills I am excited to bring to engineering challenges.
