➢ Handling Quality measures right from Fabric and Trims Inspection to Shipment.➢ Heading Total Quality Assurance for around 1080 machines➢ Ensuring adherence to various quality measures viz., ISO by maintenance of appropriate requisite documentation / records. Identifying & predicting fabric quality problems in the initial stage inspection.➢ Working with competitive customers, meeting their timely demands, understanding needs & keeping up to their expectations.➢ Involved in the Designing stages of new units, which is very critical in receiving orders from the buyer for a particular season.➢ Effective and to the point communication liaising with the buyers/buying houses directly to meet the business goals.➢ Time and action Monitoring. Follow up on all micro merchandising activity from development to shipment➢ Conducting review meetings on a daily basis with Floor Q.A Heads and Nominated Q.A’s and taking necessary actions.➢ Regular and Day to Day Co-ordination with all head of the department at the factory to ensure there is a smooth operation.
