Manage the State Workforce Development Board functions and performance in providing leadership to the state's public workforce system, SC Works. Coordinate SWDB activity, to include committee and ad hoc meetings. Oversee support and technical assistance to the SWDB to ensure successful execution of the 2017 - 2020 Strategic Plan. Responsible for human resource management activities for assigned personnel including development and training, timely completion of EPMS forms, coaching and feedback on activities and performance. Provide direction & guidance to staff. Determine & prioritize assignments to ensure program goals are achieved. Oversee the development and implementation of training for SWDB members and for field staff training under the SWDB funded initiative.
