Research on ‘Experimental determination of Smoke Point numbers and Threshold sooting indeces of Tailor made Fuels from Bio-mass (TMFB)’. as Mini Thesis ( Note/Grade of 1,3)• Carried out a property study of TMFB that contributes to the soot formation• Performed experimental testing of the the bio-fuels using a Smoke Lamp apparatus to determine the smoke point• Determination of the derived property, Threshold Sooting Indeces,and validation with the test cell data• Contribution of the sooting index to the furane ring structure, which is predominant in the TMFB.
