At A&A i was responsible for transaction advisory business with a special focus on our CDI membership. CDI is a global network of boutique financial advisory firms and we represented them in India. I had full responsibility for the end to end servicing and sourcing of assignments from CDI network including business development, execution and team management, coordination with external agencies and partners, transaction closure and post closure activities ensuring timely and efficient delivery at all stages.

At Edelweiss I specialized in the technology and outsourcing practice, authoring sector research and many significant private equity and high profile M&A transactions including a USD 100 mn buyout by TH Lee Putnam of SPI Technologies.
