Received appreciation for effectively handling the logistics, finances, PR, pitching and event management in the Global Youth Leadership Forum held in Delhi on 12th and 13th March, 2016 which had 450 delegates coming from diverse backgrounds and different countries such as USA, Australia, Germany, Spain, Argentina, India, Nepal, etc.2. 1. Developed, formalized and implemented the idea of Service Request Management Tool (SRMT) and Change Request Management Tool (CRMT) for Karnataka State Data Centre. 2. SRMT is a ticket Management system wherein different modules can be used to raise, monitor, and resolve tickets issued in services from the Data center.3.
