• Lead two teams in parallel responsible for identifying the priority target segments for the salesforce to help them better understand their customer landscape and approach each customer with an optimal strategy• Lead a team responsible for designing and coordinating Incentive Compensation Plans of a US-based pharmaceutical major client by building effective sales strategies, setting appropriate goals and determining the performance of the salesforce• Lead client communication on a day to day basis to understand their requirements and supervise the offshore team to ensure that the needs are met and per the delivery timelines• Worked on pricing and cost estimation for various enhancement and add-on projects for the same client

Incentive Compensation Design and Operations for a Top-Tier Japanese Pharmaceutical Client:- Set up sales crediting process and contests involving complex business rules and different data sources on SQL based internal tool that translates their sales activity to financial results- Analyze sales and business metrics by geography, market and segments to determine sales force ranking and calculation of Incentive Compensation (IC) for the sales force- Enable optimization of business process and incorporation of process changes in response to evolving business needs and communicate to client and the internal team- Took lead on addressing changes/issues and handling ad-hoc client requests using statistical tools like MS-Excel, VBA and SQL- Designed various processes on MS Excel & VBA to ensure proper quality check of the reports- Tools: SQL, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Power Point, MS Word, VBA
