We @ AVOWS continuously support our customers in the areas of IT consulting , IT training , Software Implementation , Development & Support including Staff Augmentation using global delivery model by leveraging our world class talent & great network.Key Responsibilities - - Offer end-to-end IT Services & Smart Solutions to the customers across IT, Insurance, Banking & Telecom sectors- Establish and foster new and existing IT staffing business with leading organizations- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities by developing new and existing technical relationships within prospective accounts- Formulate market and business development strategies using advanced staffing methodologies to acquire new Accounts- Analyze the client’s requirements, respond to RFIs/RFPs and build up entire delivery cycle for senior and middle level search- Meet objectives on net revenue, gross profit, client acquisitions, retention and develop a strong strategy towards opportunities by pipeline optimization- Accountable for Account Mining/Up-Sell/Cross-Sell; Account based marketing, increase visibility and establish relationship with CXO level & Business side of the client- Accountable for headcount management through effective employee relations & retention plans- Follow processes and procedures to track performance of the engagement, the quality of project deliverables and report on the effectiveness of the engagement against the baseline plan- Identify potential cutting edge products and solution providers to spread the service offerings- Work closely with other support departments to improve customer service & Retention- Negotiate & renegotiate contractual terms and conditions for employment services, ensuring scope, cost, schedule and contractual service deliverables across multiple technologies as per SLA's- Accomplished customer delight, customer expectations, quality discipline within the team, Delivery Management & Team Management
