Nitin has worked with marquee firms like Deloitte and EY for over a decade. He commenced his career with Deloitte in 2010 with internship in Audit & Assurance practice and has worked extensively in the Manufacturing (Automotive/ Industrial Products), financial service sector (NBFC, Mortgage Guarantee Company) and Consumer Business (Consumer Product/Retail/ Hospitality & Leisure) sectors. He had been a part of Deloitte’s Learning & Development team as an accredited facilitator and led the trainings for Ind AS. He has successfully advised clients both, domestic and foreign, with complex financial accounting issues related to matters such as valuations, share plans, Ind AS convergence and corporate treasury functions.He co-founded pSAN Advisors, a boutique advisory firm to provide clients with custom, tech-enabled, solution-oriented services across Accounting, Assurance, Payroll & Tax service lines, both for Indian and international clients; and is currently serving on the boardIn his current role, he is leading the Accounting Advisory vertical and specializes in automobile sector, hospitality sector and financial services sector. In addition to the aforesaid, he specializes in providing virtual CFO services, management support services and 360 degree compliance support.
