The role requires me to take a lead role in research, development, delivery and support of NPDC Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Infrastructure. Provide consultancy and advice for business decisions or solutions where technology may be required. Participate with solutions teams to solve business problems with the innovative use of technology, to improve the existing environment. Identify the requirements are identified and validated, constraints are identified and assumptions are well documented and agreed between the stakeholders. Provide supervision as L3 support lead to the supporting staff and other team members. Obtain the maximum levels of consumers' satisfaction by ensuring the support calls were resolved within the agreed SLA. Communicate with application support groups, client managers and senior management on daily operations.
