Managing the statutory assets in the Steam and Recovery plants of the Tasman MillWell versed in NZ's Health and Safety at Work Act (Hazardous Regulations - 2017) formerly HSNO Act 1996 and Transfer Notice 2004, Pressure Equipment, Cranes and Passenger Ropeways 1999 and the EPA regulations for statutory asset compliance. I was the direct liaison from Cricket Ireland to all the cricket clubs in the west of Ireland under the Connacht Cricket Union. I organized and co-chaired all major Union meetings. In my capacity I also mediated all disagreements between clubs.

This is a family run business in Beauty Therapy; where I developed the business from concept, product sourcing, promotion, training, location scouting, doing the annual accounts & sorting of day to day bookings.

In my role as the Honorary Secretary to the club;I organized the teams training seasons, travel and maintained their schedules. I transitioned the club into the viral world with a website that is updated regularly. I also ran the coaching program for under age and junior members.

As association secretary I was responsible for communications between member universities, organizing the indoor and outdoor tournaments. I devised the original indoor varsity and acted as Indoor Coordinator for 5 of the 7 tournaments organized by the association - (2007, 2008, 2010, 2011 & 2013). I also liaised with CUSAI and the sports departments of the member colleges to bring clarity to player selection for individual teams. In 2013, I coached & managed the Irish Universities XI that took part in the Inaugural Four Nations Indoor Championships which also included Scotland, England and the Netherlands.

In my role as a PE, I worked as a Cost Lead for the Thin Films - Copper Electroplating Module; with my colleagues, I worked on continuous cost reduction projects which involved; • Successfully managed module spend and ensured execution of TRAX cost reduction projects (Project Management) for the Thin Films B Department – which was $15.71/Wafer Start (wse) favorable to budget forecast; • Created Design of Experiments and then co-wrote two white papers to qualify increased Anode life for 2 process lines involving the DOE’s - Statistical Process Control (JMP software) was used for analysis; • Trained in preventative maintenance (PM) of Electroplating tool sets;• Designed and sourced a PM tray to replace an externally sourced option which brought in a cost saving of nearly $2100/quarter; • Analyzed tool process times and down times to help in root-cause analysis of tool related problems and then utilized Model Based Problem Solving (MBPS) to eradicate Electroplating Centre Mean mismatch with competition.

In my role as PE Co-Op, I worked in the Implant module; Where,• I helped transition the module to Lean management and Six Sigma while working in the Implant Parts Clean area. • The process flow I designed for the technicians as a Co-Op is still used in the module to ensure source transfers are done in an orderly manner even today. • I also qualified in Carbon Source cleaning for SIM, MIM and HIM tool sets.

I assisted in daily running of a factory canteen by helping with preparation, service and clearance which involved direct customer contact. I also worked in the kitchen as a Salad preparation chef as well as an emergency breakfast chef when required. For most of my time with the company I worked without supervision on a weekend shift where I ran the floor with only the chefs for assistance
