Current• Acted as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with them to understand recruitment and operational requirements and build and maintained strong relationships with them by understanding their needs and requirement, then provide HR support accordingly. • Conducted virtual meetings with clients to gather detailed recruitment needs, sharing them with the recruitment team, and following up with recruitment team to meet hiring needs until the final selection was completed. • Conducted salary negotiations with selected candidates to align expectations with client requirements.• Generated diverse letters (Offer, Transfer, Increment and Promotion, Warning Letters, etc.), ensuring adherence to SLAs and compliance.• Ensured that all required onboarding documents were collected from new employees and punch the KYC details into HRIS software to generate employee IDs.• Updated of HRIS data, implementing data validation processes and enhancing overall data accuracy.• Generate statutory compliance documents like wages register, muster-roll, leave register, PF and ESI details on monthly basis and kept all compliance records up to date, ensuring 100% compliance for audits purpose.• Shared employee details for medical card addition and provided support for employees in understanding and utilizing their medical benefits.• Handled employee grievances related to compensation and benefits, PF, ESIC, etc., achieving effective resolution, thus promoting a positive work environment.
