As a Technology lead in Infosys, I worked on following CA products:- CA Federation Manager- CA eTrust Federation Security Services.Main responsibilities were:- Sizing of major enhancements, minor enhancements and bug fixes.- Understanding product requirements document and to work on design and implementation of enhancements.- Work as a sustaining engineer to bring complex customer escalations, for CA Federation solutions, to closure with quick turn around time.- Coordinating between onshore CA team and Infosys offshore team.- Resolving technical queries related to SAML and CA Federation solutions.- Mentoring new team members.

Worked as contractor for SiteMinder for CA (earlier Netegrity). Main responsibilities were:- Customer interaction- Design / developement of new features- Bottomline responsibilities of all deliverables.- Worked as an onsite co-ordinator for the offshore team for almost 1 yr.
