• Responsible for Space optimization, Productivity of all departments, Risk Inventory control and Shrinkage management through periodic cycle counts, process audits and other activities • Analyse and report monthly sales trends and stock analysis.• Track Fast/ Slow movement of stock at warehouse and report to Category and Supply chain sufficiency team.• Check and report Vendor ratings to Category team on monthly basis.• Planning for Space allocation for every promotional cycle and execute movement of materials within Warehouse.
