Leading a team of Trade Product Sales Managers & managing corporate portfolio of Indian & International Financial Institutions, Government Relationships as well as Mid market entities for their trade finance, treasury and supply chain related requirements with an objective of optimizing and achieving P&L deliverables.

Managing a portfolio of large corporate clientele to identify & execute the trade and supply chain structures related requirement for both current account as well as capital account transactions.Responsible for successful accomplishment of TFX budget of MMR Corporate Finance portfolio.

 Managing the team of Trade Product Sales Managers(PSMs) & responsible for achieving the trade/supply chain/Fx related deliverables for business banking, retail banking & branch banking segments in north india market covering- Punjab, Haryana, UP, Uttranchal, J&K, Delhi & NCR.  Driving the YBL product offerings viz- PCFC/PSCFC, FLC/BC, BG, Channel Finance, Agri Finance & other trade/fx related offerings viz- DC Transfers, DC Confirmation, DC Bills Discounting, Merchant trade, High sea sales etc to various markets on the basis of industry specific requirements.  Responsible for developing & managing the trade asset base of over INR 1300 Cr in this space.

- Provide direction and guidance to the attached Farmers/Hunters, Equip and educate SME hunting team to source NTB clients. Improve Trade and Supply Chain knowledge among team members by offering Training on various trade products on a regular basis- Identify various industries with trade potential supporting NTBs generation & sell enhanced trade products like- DC transfers, DCBDs, DC Confirmations, Forfaiting, Buyers' Credit, Suppliers Credit/UPAS, Bills avalization, SBLC backed funding etc

- Provide guidance to cross functional & offshore teams for managing sales & servicing of various international banking products & operations while expanding & simultaneously nurturing the trade portfolio of Northern India region-Training the attached Sales Team on Trade products

- Handle various Trade & Foreign Exchange Operations viz Issuance of DCs, BGs, DC transfers etc- Significantly lead a profit making cluster while ensuring meeting of assigned Assets/Liabilities targets pertaining to trade services for the all 5 branches of South cluster

- Handle Trade credit operations, supervising Operations of Export –Import documents- Manage Export bill collection, Import Bill Collection, Bills discounting, purchase, negotiation & Packing Credit - Manage processing of Foreign/Inland Letters of Credit, scrutiny of Documents of Letters of Credit- Accountable for ensuring accurate assessment of applicant’s credentials as per the credit policy within the required TAT for Term loans & Overdrafts against Fixed Deposits
