• Responsible for reviewing client specification, process requirement, P&ID diagrams, defining scope of supply and defining control system design strategy.• Leading development of standards for control system design template, control logic, simulation and testing Protocols.• Leading designing of complete PLC control system architecture, scope of supply clarification, preparing electrical load list, list of instruments(Pressure Transmitter, Flow Transmitter and Temperature Transmitter) and valves (Analog Control Valve, Motorize Operated Valve, Solenoid Operated Valve), Inputs and Outputs (IOs) list and finalization of control system hardware.• Responsible for designing, reviewing and finalizing the complete electrical drawings (e-PLAN P8 and AutoCAD) for control scheme, power wiring and field wiring along with quality approval from customer.• Responsible for software development for PLC, HMI, SCADA and DCS, simulation, testing, FAT, SAT and successful commissioning of control panels.• Designing general arrangement (GA) drawing of the control panels, preparation of bill of material, actual costing of the complete system.• Preparation of enquiries for electrical and control panel works, floating RFQs, finalizing the contractors after techno–commercial discussions with various vendors.• Leading the project in all the aspects of project management, preparing schedule, cost, and vendor management.

• Planning, execution, installation, testing and commissioning of machines, electrical panels, PLC panels, electrical motors, electrical drives and other machineries.• Shutdown, breakdown and preventive & corrective maintenance of the machines, utilities, electrical motors, electrical panels, PLC panels.• Preparation of electrical drawings for the new projects with complete electrical design specification, SLD, control drawing etc. using AutoCAD.• Complete management of engineering store to make sure the availability of essential spare parts.• Co-ordination with vendors and purchase department to negotiate for the best price on the electrical equipment, spares and others.• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 and experienced auditing as an internal auditor.

• Identify and understand the application of the client and provide the best solution.• Handle the OEMs, and distributor.• Attending meetings on site with service engineer.• Commissioning of electrical drives (AC & DC drives).• Preparation of electrical procedures for installation, commissioning and test.• Visit the sites to troubleshoot the problems.• Provide the technical data to the customer from manufacturing units.• Reading electrical design specifications and technical drawings.• Organizing monthly servicing schedules & reviews with service engineer.
