Current• Head Business Development Pan India and Overseas markets. • B2C • B2B - Network expansion - Franchisee acquisition and Business Operations.• Manage the complete function from business development, customer acquisition, business operations to revenue. • Partner with Product Team to provide feedback on trends and identify opportunities to deliver greater value. • Develop & implement sales plans , strategies and policies with a view to increase market share and revenue. • Formulate policies and guidelines for smooth functioning of channel partners, support them in business operations and strengthen and expand the network.
